By using IRIS CSV you agree to these terms.
What the tool does
IRIS CSV checks and reformats CSV files against the IRS IRIS Taxpayer Portal Template Formatting Guidelines (tax year 2025) and IRS Publication 5717. It does not file returns, verify TINs with the IRS, or provide tax, legal or accounting advice. Passing our checks doesn't guarantee that the IRS will accept a file or that the data is correct. You are responsible for reviewing your data and for your filings.
Pro license
Pro is a one-time payment of US$29 for a lifetime, non-transferable license for your own use, including future tax-year rule updates while the product is offered. The license is stored in your browser and can be restored with your checkout email. If Pro doesn't work for you, request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
No affiliation
IRIS CSV is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Internal Revenue Service.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cedano Labs LLC is not liable for penalties, rejected filings or indirect damages arising from use of the tool. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
